KDG Black Truck Chauffeur Service provides luxury chauffeur-driven transportation services, including but not limited to:

• Airport transfers

• Corporate travel

• Event transportation

• Intercity rides

• Private transportation services

All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Booking & Reservations

• All bookings must be made through our website, phone, or approved booking platforms.

• Booking details must be accurate and complete.

• Rates may be hourly, distance-based, or flat-rate depending on the service selected.

• A booking is not confirmed until payment is processed and confirmation is issued.

3. Payments

• Payments are processed securely via WooCommerce using Stripe and/or PayPal.

• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.

• Prices are subject to change without notice but will not affect confirmed bookings.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

• Cancellation policies may vary by service type.

• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in partial or full charges.

• Refunds, if applicable, are issued at the Company’s discretion.

Chauffeurs reserve the right to refuse service to any passenger engaging in unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior.

6. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers agree to:

• Follow all safety instructions

• Refrain from illegal activities in the vehicle

• Be responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle

Additional cleaning or repair fees may apply if necessary.

7. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including traffic, weather, accidents, road closures, or acts of God. While we strive for punctuality, timing cannot be guaranteed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, KDG Black Truck Chauffeur Service LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
